We have the legal right to cancel any servers for ANY reason!
We are very legitimate with our reasons, We will not cancel your server if it is bringing on too much traffic to the Node,Server Computer or Lagging other servers,
If this is occurring, We will Skype IM you or send you an E-Mail requesting you add a white-list to your server, Or a RAM upgrade to reduce lag to our other clients and their servers. We will cancel your server if, You threaten to hack Addicted-Hosting, You preform DDoS attacks on other servers, You are reported by a user or another client. We also have the right to cancel your server in the case if a threatened law suit or any threats made Addicted-Hosting, Our Owner, Co-Owner, Support, Advertising or Webmaster(s). We have a partnership with Sneaky-Hosting, Any threats made on them will be added to our system and the Man/Woman that made the threat will not have access to any services provided by Addicted-Hosting.
If a refund is desired or a sever cancellation please E-Mail cbmodz@gmail.com. The refund will be given at the end of the Billing Period and the server cancellation can be preformed almost instantly. The reason for the Non-Instant refund is due to our client system, It only allows us to refund you at the end of the billing period.
If you have up to a $5 USD discount, The Panel system will be forfeited.

By purchasing a server Before or After the date of this uploaded contract you agree to the Addicted-Hosting Terms Of Service.
